SUPPLY MANAGEMENT

Managing and overseeing the production period to make sure on-time delivery of all items from various suppliers.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control of goods regularly and prior to delivery. If third party inspection is required, arranging inspection agenda. Arranging shipment after signed quality audit report. Communication with all parties.

LOGISTICS & SHIPMENT

Managing projects includes consolidation, packing, transport, customs clearance and shipping. Making sure necessary paper work is sent with goods as well to customers.
